The Hotel La Locanda delle Donne Monache features a wide open-air pool right in the middle of a peaceful garden overlooking the roofs of Maratea historical centre, and surrounded by the green mountains: a magic place with breathtaking views over the Christ and Saint Biagio Church in Maratea.

Swimming with the light warm breeze and being able to enjoy this amazing view, is an incredible experience.
The Jacuzzi, surrounded by the colours and the scents of our peaceful garden, will contribute to pamper you offering to you a deep sensation of peace and relax.
Our Pool, reserved for exclusive use by hotel guests, has got a solarium: the number of sun loungers and umbrellas has been deliberately kept to a minimum. Beach towels are available, upon request, free of charge.

The Pool is open for guests from 09.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

At lunchtime light meals and snacks are served at the pool bar, with a choice of salads, rolls, toasted sandwiches, local cheeses and cold cuts, and fresh fruit. 
In every moment of the day fresh drinks, especially the fresh citrus juices from our garden, and in the late afternoon, as the sun begins to fall, aperitifs are served, poolside.

The kit includes a water and food bowl, along with a treat to make your pet's stay even more enjoyable. We want them to feel pampered from the moment they enter their temporary home.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: To ensure the utmost cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms, we request a cleaning fee of  euro 15 per night for room cleaning. This allows us to ensure that your room is always fresh and ready to welcome your pet in a comfortable environment.

Advance Booking: To ensure that everything is prepared properly and your stay goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about the presence of your pet. This way, we can arrange your stay efficiently and make your pet as comfortable as possible.

We are happy to welcome pets of all sizes and breeds. For the safety of all our guests, we ask owners to always keep their pets on a leash in the hotel's common areas.
