Trekking
Near to Locanda delle Donne Monache there are three ancient pathways to the Chiesa della Madonna della Neve through the Carpini Forest, the Christ statue (following the ancient itinerary of the ritual procession of St. Biagio) and the Chiesa della Madonna della Pietà.
The surrounding region (Lagonegrese and Valle del Noce) is characterised by marine and mountain landscapes. It is possible to walk from the top of the mountains towards the coast to find the springs of the Agri and Noce rivers. A little further is the Pollino National Park with an abundance of wildlife.
Rafting and Canyoning
